Return Policy
1. Any product that is in its original, unmarked, unopened, sealed package with a copy of the original invoice can be returned within 30 days for credit.
2. You must return items in their original packaging, carefully packed in a shipping box with paper or other shock absorbent material to prevent damage in transit.
3. Refunds for orders due to customer error will have 10% payment processing fees subtracted from the amount refunded.
4. Any used or opened products cannot be returned for credit. Additional shipping charges may be incurred to send these products back to you.
5. We do not issue credits after 30 days of invoice date. All returns due to ordering error may be subject to an additional 15% restocking fee and applicable shipping charges.
