Returns & Eligibility

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return once opened or used:

• Denture Soft Reline Kits
• Dental Putty
• Impression or Bite Registration Materials
• Silicone Primers and Removers

Damaged or Defective Products

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos. We will replace the item or offer a full refund.

How to Request a Return or Refund

1. Email us at info@dentalremedyus.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
3. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection of the returned item.
